A holistic healing space bringing together

practitioners, apothecary goods, and community.

The Holistic Haven Collective was built from a passion for helping people feel their best—naturally, comfortably, and without pressure. We understand that no two wellness journeys are the same, which is why we focus on creating a space that feels safe, inviting, and truly personal. From the moment you walk through our doors, our goal is for you to feel at ease, cared for, and supported every step of the way.

Behind every service at Holistic Haven Collective is a team of passionate, caring individuals who genuinely love what they do. Each practitioner brings their own unique approach, experience, and energy—but we all share one common goal: helping you feel your best. We believe that connection matters, and we’re here to support you in a way that feels comfortable, respectful, and tailored to you.

Owner, RMT

Mandy Bosilo

I was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, mother of four and grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. I’m blessed to have a supportive life partner by my side. For the past 16 years I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist, drawn to this profession by a calling to alleviate suffering and help as many people as possible.

It’s important to me to support small businesses and lend a helping hand for the greater good. Helping others is not just my passion, it’s my calling.

The vision for my business came to me in a dream, guiding me to create a place where healing and community come together. I believe wholeheartedly in the future of this endeavor, knowing it will be filled with heart and purpose. A place where people feel drawn to and cared for.

My intuition has led me here, and I hope it leads you here too.

Lynette Newhook

Lynette studied at Lambton College and graduated in 2008.

After completing her studies, she returned home to Newfoundland, where she gained experience in a variety of settings, including physiotherapy clinics and spa environments. Lynette has also received certification in both soft tissue release and cupping.

After 13 years of practice in Newfoundland, Lynette returned to Sarnia to continue her massage therapy career. Lynette has enjoyed spending the last 4 years working from KI Massage and is excited by the opportunity to become a part of a wellness collective and learn about other healing modalities.

In her spare time, Lynette enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and enjoying nature.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hakim Ouzzif CD OCT (He/Him)

I am an intern psychotherapist currently completing my clinical internship. I believe that engagement in therapy takes courage, which will be honoured in our work together. I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel emboldened to overcome the challenges you will face along your path towards healing.

I am an Afghanistan war veteran, a humanitarian, and a public-school teacher. With my history of aiding others, working in the field of mental health is a natural next step. My background in military service, emergency management, crisis response, and public education led me to understand the stresses involved in serving others before self.

You may feel anxious or awkward when considering seeking help. You may come from a social or professional environment where there is significant stigma around mental health, or the idea of having a therapist feels like a sign of weakness. I have been there myself; do not worry, those feelings are completely normal. To my own realization, seeking therapy is a sign of strength.

Outside of my therapist role, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, engaging in nature-based activities, and reading an epic sci-fi space opera. When working together, I hope to support your ability to manage adversity with confidence, become more adaptive, and genuinely feel improvements in your quality of life. Our work together will be my privilege and treated with honour.

ZYTO Specialist, Consultant & Coach

Sara Young

Sara Young is the heart behind Universal Touch Holistic Health, with the objective of guiding your journey toward balance, clarity, and emotional freedom.

My story begins with a question I asked my grandmother as a child: “Why take so many pills when nature already gives us what we need?” That spark of curiosity grew with me, and over the years, I watched my questions find their answers in the natural world. Nature supported my mind, body, and spirit, guiding me through healing and self-discovery.

I studied energy work, crystals, herbs, and aromatherapy as I worked through long-held trauma and tried to understand my place in the world. By my late twenties, I found myself at a turning point – longing for purpose, authenticity, and a life that felt whole. Becoming an ordained minister in 2014 allowed me to reach people in deep struggle, and spiritual counselling opened doors for even more growth. I continued learning through aromatherapy, herbology, inner child work, shadow work, and crystal studies. Gathering pieces of a path that finally felt right. Still I wanted a way to bring everything together to help others reconnect with their own natural ability to heal. That desire is what led me toward the medical journey that followed.

In 2017, I was introduced to a machine called ZYTO by a dear friend. After my first scan, I felt a spark of hope. I knew this could help me bring together everything I had learned about supporting well-being, but first, I had my own health struggle to face. Under medical care, I was told to avoid natural approaches. For six years, I followed every instruction and took every prescription, yet my health continued to slip. I felt like time was running out. I reached back out for another scan, and within weeks, my body began to shift. I invested in the training, earned my certification, and committed to my own healing. I began running scans for myself, my family, and close friends, watching real improvements in body, mind, and spirit.

This journey opened my eyes to the many ways the body can return to balance. That’s when Universal Touch Holistic Health was born. I stand here today in my truest form – helping people listen to their bodies, uncover their “why”, and move toward balance with a natural, whole-body approach. With care and compassion, I’m here to support you, and ZYTO technology helps guide the way.

RP, Professional Canadian Art Therapist

Hannah Young

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist who believes healing happens through genuine connection. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. No judgment, no pressure.

Together, we’ll explore whatever has brought you here, whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, living with chronic illness, or simply wanting to know yourself more deeply. Sometimes that looks like conversation, sometimes creativity, and often a little of both. You never need to consider yourself “artistic” to benefit from art therapy. It’s about expression, not perfection.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me painting, spending time with my dog Ruby, or enjoying quiet moments with a good book. I personally use art and art-making as a way to slow the world down and explore my own thoughts and feelings. But if that isn’t your thing, we can just share space and talk. No need to choose either; I’m flexible from one session to the next.

My hope is that our work together leaves you feeling more connected to yourself, more resilient, and more able to move through life with confidence and self-compassion. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Recreation Therapist

Adreena Benner

Hi! My name is Addy, and I use the pronouns she/they. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Recreation Therapist. That means that I am specialized in utilizing leisure, recreation, interest, and hobbies in relation to navigating life’s challenges and transitions and helping re-discover joy in life after difficult experiences.

With my background in Dramatic Arts, my work often involves the use of the creative arts in helping to find ways to share experiences that might be difficult to find the words to describe or feel incapable of talking about. Common themes that individuals work with me on include: navigating painful emotions like anger, resentment, guilt and shame; seeking the feeling of safety in their body after difficult experiences; and reducing the distressing symptoms of anxiety, depression and grief. If you’re interested in learning more or would be interested in connecting, please reach out.
